      Beware: company does not pay invoices to its contractors

      Pros

      This company was a great environment until they stopped paying invoices to contractors for past work.

      Cons

      Anatas owes many outstanding invoices to the team I was on. These invoices are now 6+ months due, and the company is not communicating with us about when and if these invoices will ever be paid. We estimate that the company owes over $150k in various invoices to members of the team. To companies: be aware that there are potential intellectual property (IP) issues with Anatas products and services, as at least our project was developed in part by work from contractors who have not been paid.

      Pros

      ANATAS are a company that value there employees and the fantastic results the company deliver. They allow individuals to grow and have a long history of retaining happy employees. I personally have worked for the company for over 7 years and have worked with some fantastic people. Nothing but praise for ANATAS.

      Can't really say that there are any negative parts to my job working for ANATAS.

      Great Company to work for long term

      Pros

      Good management - Above average salaries. Excellent list of clients and a lot to gain from the senior Consulting staff. Some of the leads best in the country.

      Cons

      you have to ask for training unless it is something that they require. No team bonding events for the whole company except once a year Xmas party.
