Used to be an okay culture but since the take-over - we were purchased by ACS/Comforce....everything has changed for the worse! This looks like a major Acquisition of multiple companies only to be sold in the coming months to a Huge company like a Man- power or something. Titanic anyone?

Cons

Sales and Recruiter commissions plans are Awful !! Lowest in the industry. Management only wants to hire new college grads that don't know any better and make 100+ calls a day.

Cons

This is the same company as American Cybersystems. Don't get fooled by reviews. Don't quit your job for this place thinking you would have a career. You will be terminated. All current employees need to be on the look out for there job being posted. This is what they do. They find your replacement while you are working there then you are gone.
