Great team and office working on inspiring projects.

Cons

Fast growth meant there was a shift in the culture over my time. However, this was managed well and the culture matured from a 'young and fun' vibe to a more inclusive place to work.

Pros

Small, close-knit office. Education budget of $250 per year. More snacks than you'll know what to do with. Talented creatives. Bagels on Mondays. You can bring your dog in.

Cons

Management has inadequate training, which becomes painfully clear right away. CD is a brilliant creative, but lacks the emotional maturity or healthy boundaries with her subordinates to steer the ship. Don't let the global portfolio fool you: if you're working in US, get ready to lose weekends over social posts, and email templates. Did I mention the pay freeze? If you still want to work at AF, godspeed. But don't say I didn't warn you.

Pros

AnalogFolk US feels like a startup agency with the benefits of a large agency coming from HQ in London. The people are ruthlessly hand-selected, so the talent is abundant. The culture from leadership is positive, inclusive, and encouraging. The work is all pretty cool, this is not a digital agency where you are doing banners and emails. They do their best to support and grow employees from even the start up.

Cons

Not a ton of hierarchy because it's small, if that is what you are looking for.
