      * There is no job security in this company, they will fire whenever they want * They will fire even key positions employees as well like manager, team lead * Very less salary * They are no follow any process * They can change their policies according to their need and benifits * Poor politics form upper management

      1.) The leadership is really supportive and open to new ideas, which makes it easy to share suggestions and grow. 2.) I’ve had the chance to learn a lot about the IT services space and how to approach clients in different markets. 3.) The work culture is flexible, and there’s a good balance between work and personal life. 4.) Efforts and achievements are recognized, which keeps me motivated.

      Cons

      1.)Since it's still growing, the brand is not as well-known, which sometimes makes lead generation a bit tough. 2.)A bit more training on the latest tools or outreach techniques would make things even better.
