Pros
Coming from healthcare, this job was a breath of fresh air. People are calmer, level-headed, considerate, and I much prefer the pace of work at Amperon. Pros: - Good salary and excellent benefits (medical is a bit expensive but they're working on it) - Chill and communicative team - Fantastic boss - We're small enough that we still have the close-knit community feel
Cons
Small company in the industry means we don't have a lot of capital to spend on tooling. That can feel quite restrictive in specific jobs at Amperon.
