Pros

There hasn't been many anymore. Forgot about how to treat employees

Cons

No computer database. Benefits are way to expensive they won't say it but it is a draw on commission and it is to hard to make any money. Unrealistic expectations on employees even though I have been gone awhile I hope the employees that are still employed there get out before it is to late and the bottom falls out on them.

Owner is nice, but detached from what is going on with his staff. Has loyalties to family and long-tenured employees that do not manage well.

Cons

Did not meet payroll a few times, financial issues, so most search tools & technology has been eliminated. Trying to reinvent self by changing company names.
