The people working there try so hard to be loyal and do a good job. Great location on BW8. 401(K) match is very good.
Cons
*Change can be a good thing, but constant and mismanaged change is not! *Upper Management insists on being involved in the day-to-day operations, but accepts no responsibility when failures occur. Instead, mid-management is forced to do as instructed regardless of their original thoughts or opinions and then blamed when the desired result is not achieved. *If the president does not like you, like your appearance (forced an employee to shave his beard because he did not like the way it looked on him), or if you dare to have a differing opinion from his, then you are quickly dismissed. He has surrounded himself with only "yes" people. He is a narcissist and they feed into that instead of truly challenging him to be better. They in turn expect the same from their employees. *Directions for employee management are sketchy at best and definitely unethical. The annual review process is a joke! *Unfair employee recognition programs. An employee should be rewarded for their work fairly and should not be expected to recommend themselves for a recognition bonus that is voted on by the management team and the amount determined by the president and him only. This leads to unfair payouts.
