Worked with this company for 1 year and half.. at first the promises was colorful in terms of career growth and they portray to be a good management.. as time goes, their color started to fade which u could never imagine there is such arrogant and idiotic management.. this company is well known for treating their staff like a slave.. their staff confirmation is based on favoritism and not on performance.. if you are performing well till the extend you can justify yourself to the management- you will become the blacklisted in the company for no reasons.. staff are not allowed to have fun while working. A simple smile or laughter will irritate the managers to the max.. if that’s what the management wanted - they shall hire robots and not human!! Being in a good position doesn’t make you greater than anyone if your attitude is worst than the toilet stains! Your staff are your brand ambassador which u guys are failing to realize or not wiling to accept the facts in another way.. kids can run better show than the management in this AmLion company.. so called educated people - yet your certificates deserve to be in the trash!..

If you wish to grow your career, Amlion is not the right place unless you were under a good superior and manager. Office environment is not really well. If you were catch looking at your pc you will be accused not doing any work (pc is damn loading, showing black screen). They wont listen to any explanation, they will treat as excuse. Playful and happy person are not encourage to join this company, they do not like to see you smile or having a conversation to another staffs which obviously, connected with each staffs is good for the company growth, office environment, and teamwork become easier. Bonus is not based on performance, it based on favorites, this situation is not good for you to enhance your knowledge and career growth. I hope amlion will treat all staffs fairly. Happy staffs make the company better.
