      1. Slow career growth. 2. Stagnant increments. 3. This one major from me: Toxic leadership culture. Some people in higher positions do not fully understand the actual operations or responsibilities under their management, which often leads to poor decision making, miscommunication, and unrealistic expectations toward employees. There is also a lack of proper guidance, support, and appreciation from management, creating a stressful and unhealthy working environment. Employees are expected to handle issues without clear direction, while concerns and feedback are not taken
