      Easy to communicate with co-workers because they’re kind but professional.

      Cons

      Unless you have a large capacity in handling your projects, if you aren’t fully committed to your work then you won’t be able to get more titles. Rate is kind of okay though.

      You work independently here. Flexible deadlines.

      Cons

      Low salary unless you have been assigned to numerous projects. Don't make this your full-time job unless you're ok with the low rates.

      Typesetting was a hobby of mine, so it's nice to be able to earn from it.
