      Nonsense Company with Unexpected Rules

      Only pros to work with is only the relaxation in office timing which is 15 minutes other than this no pros

      Cons

      No employee favorable policy No PF No health insure No leave for new joining even when they got ill Rules can be changed any time as the owner makes the decision instantly with giving time to any employee No big salary they can afford False promises Work pressure is always there for new joining

      Project Coordinator -- Tough to began with; but, mismanagement throughout

      Pros

      You'll learn all ways to portray the wrong/untrue project updates to the clients. To get good knowledge about the industry, this is a good company to start with; but, one shouldn't stay here for more than six months.

      Cons

      Complete mismanagement Very low remuneration you'll be asked to take blames for almost all deliveries you'll be asked to pass on schedules and updates to clients. they'll ask you to take up a project manager's role but your pay would remain in four digits. No CL/PL or SL. Rules are amended as per management's wish at anytime.
