      Terrible Company Culture

      Occasionally get to travel if you're in the right department

      Cons

      Awful company culture. All white/male leadership team, no women or people of culture in positions of power. HR pushes a lot under the rug. Retaliation for speaking up. Low retention rate. Racism against its few employees of color. Very low pay. Gossipy environment.

      Great pay and great benefits. Great cause. Helpful staff/coworkers.

      Leadership / Executive Management in my area was terrible. Verbally abusive and hostile. No direction.

      Pros

      Decent salary and decent benefits. Although that is if you are approved for your vacation.

      Cons

      Culture is very hierarchal and attention is mostly given to events. Do not appreciate managing up nor is constructive feedback given by some managers. Motto seems to be "suck it up" if attitude or physical stress is shown towards the employee. Environment is not collaborative. PTO is not that generous nor usually allowed to be taken. Too many "priorities"
