      Company started with a respectable goal but has gone downhill quickly.

      Pros

      American Process has a few sharp, hard-working engineers. The company received a grant to produce ethanol from mill waste and had good prospects when it received the grant.

      Cons

      The company does not respect employee feedback and expects employees to work non-stop nights & weekends with no additional compensation or reward. Morale is extremely low among operators, engineers, and administrative support. Employees are promised benefits in the future, but things have only gone downhill quickly. Unfortunately, the company in its current form can only survive if it overcomes massive technical challenges in the ethanol industry.

      Pros

      None. There is nothing of value. Projects are made without any proven background of success in lab. The only pro for me is that I quited.

      Cons

      Rude project managers that do not care about the employees and do not let them work for the company. They constantly remind you how stupid you are and how smart they are. More managers than employees. Uneven payments and benefits between employees. Employees have to fund the company by paying their own expenses that they get back very late. Promises of bonus that you will NEVER see, or they will find excuse for you to never get it.

      Pros

      I do not have any pros for this company. The people knowledge is good but when their are to many variables in the equation.

      Cons

      Management is very lacks in how to handle people. if you disagree with them, you will be terminated without warning. If you have any knowledge other than working in that paper industry forget this not the place for you. They are trying to become a Chemical Company but won't listen to you and your Ideas.
