      I had some good times

      Pros

      I was always able to get overtime. If a teacher wanted something copied, we gave it to director. If s/he approved it, the office staff made the copies. Ty his was if a copyright law was broken, the teacher didn,t break the law.

      Cons

      ALCC went out of business very suddenly. One day students and teachers went there for class, but there was a sign announcing that classes had been cancelled. Permanently. I haven't heard about them reopening.

      none, zero, nothing, not a bit

      Cons

      Overt and implied threats of termination at every corner; Feeling complicit in stealing underprepared students' money; Writing progress reports at three week intervals that are largely ignored by students and administrators; Being "watched" by administrators via Blackboard activity; Students have impression that because they are paying for courses, they won't need to attend classes.

      The Admin lets teachers explore their creativity in the classroom.

      Cons

      Some students can be difficult to deal with. At times it is hard to get materials you need.
