      Good career accelerator. I learned a lot

      Meh. They seem to be aimless in their direction. Most stuff is CloudFoundry and Pivotal/Tanzu focused. I wish there were more opportunities with Kubernetes

      Pros

      They only care about billing, the greatest pro is if you get a good project and that's pretty hard, most of the project require extra hours (non paid) or crazy clients.

      Cons

      There's a lot of rotation, they only care about billing. They say they have benefits but there's almost impossible to get one. You need to let them know you're taking a vacation two months in advance and sometimes they say no. There is no clear way to grow on the company or to change projects if you ask for it. There's no HR department, they only do recruitement.

      Good company with a friendly and professional team. During the period of work I managed to work on an interesting project on a modern technology stack. In addition to well-established work on projects, I would like to note the company's very attentive attitude towards its employees: this is the ability to defend the interests of its employees on the project to the customer, and skillful planning and organization of the work process, and detailed consideration of the interests of each employee. English courses in the company are held at a high level. Social package is quite voluminous. In this company, really, I want to work and come to work every day.
