      Competitive pay, regular hours, good new leadership, generous sick leave that allows you to save up to 480 hours

      Cons

      Benefits -- medical is pretty weak and expensive Maximum vacation time is three weeks

      Leadership is new and working on fixing things and bringing us into the 21st Century, which is most appreciated. Given time, this will truly be a great place to work.
