      Worst/Least Ethical hospital system - Culture of Blame/Arrogance BEWARE!!

      Pros

      The only pros are the rank and file employees who work at the corporate office and the hospitals. The senior leadership of this place are the opposite

      Cons

      Culture of Blame and Arrogance. Saving money trumps patient care, best practices, and good-quality equipment every time. They are pound-wise and penny-foolish. Especially managers and directors beware, they chop heads every time they need a scapegoat. They don't match 401(k), their pay is not competitive, their PTO is stingy, their health benefits stick as well.

      Good pay and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Horrible beneits, no 401k match, lots of turn over. Not enough team support and expected to do multiple roles at once without leadership taking into account that not one person can do it all. Bad training.

      Team, progression to improving practices and procedures, room for growth. A good company to get a breadth of experience.

      Cons

      Dated physical working environment, bureaucracy.
