Pros

Great training, good hours, young crowd, free food Monday's and Wednesday's. year round school but a lot of vacation time

Cons

There's not many cons, most pros outweigh the cons. A lot of standing, most of the day you are on your feet

Pros

- good field experience - room to grow within the organization - good training and learning opportunities, they really invest in their employees - staff benefits/incentives e.g. free food, opportunities to leave early on Fridays - great comprehensive offerings for families - great interactions with learners and families

Cons

- the expectations of senior staff are IMPOSSIBLE to meet or complete within work hours. It is not possible to ever complete tasks and absolutely imperative to take work home or else be threatened to be written up, etc. - senior staff are not well-trained - senior staff are not available or receptive to concerns - responsibilities of paraprofessionals outweigh that of senior staff - low salary - extremely difficult to balance work/life

Does not value Neurodivergence. Tries to hide, segregate

Pros

Cons

Incredibly, incredibly, incredibly problematic "school"/workplace. The school does nothing beneficial for autistics. "Teaches" then how to hide or mask and not be authentic selves. The CEO is incredibly problematic. 0/10.
