Upper management is destroying this company. Sad. People get fired constantly. Used to be an awesome place to work 5 years ago.

Dead weight was not disposed of timely

Leadership is lacking. Focus is on revenue. Yes, revenue is important, but profitability is more important.

Newer company in a challenging market.

Management. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. BULLIES. SPINELESS LEADERSHIP.

A lot of politics. Promotions are based on favoritism and leadership doesn’t care to clear out toxic employees. Everyone says the cultures great, but is it? If all team culture is suffering in every department from the same toxic management, is the culture really that good?

There are headwinds, resulting from decisions made long ago, that will be carried by the organization for some time. There is a huge need for a focused strategy, around which the company can align and rally. The pieces of that strategy are coming together, but execution, in the short-term and long-term, will be key. And prior reputational damage needs to be repaired. But it can be done.

I can't think of any cons at the moment for the first time in my employment history. That alone speaks volumes about working for this company!

Dreary environment. No amenities whatsoever. Office in an industrial building, very bland. Leadership turnover extremely high. Lacking strategic focus and market penetration - as always.
