      Pros

      I became sick in 2020. Multiple people in the company contacted me and the CEO even called to check to see if I was ok. My experience there was amazing, if my health hadn't gotten worse after I got sick I would have absolutely stayed.

      Cons

      Depends on if you think overtime is a con. You get to work out your own schedule and I worked a lot of hours but I was trying to. I don't really view that as a con.
