This is going to be a very long list, but I will share only those which really matter.
1. They might have so called "Policies" for various scenarios but at the end, whatever the senior management thinks, is ultimate rule that cannot be changed.
2. When recruiting you they will make a very generous offer that they are willing to pay you if you can work for them in before joining also (using your nights). But the reality is, even if you get some money, your life will become a living hell.
3. The Senior Management, does not have time to talk to you regarding your problems. They will only talk to you if you talk about how to do more work (by spending extra hours, weekends etc) so that they can earn more money.
4. The worst is when you decide to leave the company. Now, officially, the notice period is 3 months. But ofcourse as it happens with any company, you can reduce that to 2 months or even 1 month for particular cases. At Anetcorp you can forget about reducing your notice period duration. Even if you serve complete 3 months time, honestly saying on the Last day of your notice period they. will assign 5 JIRA tickets to you saying that you have to complete this before going. Sometime they will say this like you dont have a choice, sometimes they will make themselves miserable like saying that we will lose a client if this task is not done.
You wont believe, if you are on a client project and then you resign, they wont even tell the client that you have resigned, and also ask you to not tell the same, They then say that client will go away if you tell them that you have resigned.
Some of the senior management(AT), literally has no shame and they only care about one thing, Money. As long as your work is impacting them in a good way, your life will be good, but as soon as you face any problem, then your life will be a living hell.
