In the individual markets there are some amazing and great people to work with. The atmosphere is great for the most part in the various markets.

Cons

The problem is all of the threats from Portland about layoffs. Corporate thinks everything is great because they REFUSE to listen to employees in the markets. And if a market employee complains, they are fired or threatened.

Slowly dying medium pays what it makes if you're on the promotions or "grunt" side of it.

Pros

Good perks, free concert tickets, networking opportunities, flexible hours and friendly people to work with. Good job if you're in college.

Cons

Does not pay well, schedules are not known until the week before and that usually changes, work can either be busy and demanding or non-existant and then you're trying to find extra work. Poor management, non-existant safety protocols and poor training.
