      - Opportunity to learn about Retail. - A lot of good people working for the company

      Cons

      - Nepotism - Toxic work culture - Managers are only focused on their personal bonuses disregarding the health of the business in consecuence the future of the company - New Managers have very little knowledge about retail and cant even read kpis numbers.
