A bunch of amateurs reunited - AVOID !

Pros

Good compensation package Off site reunions

Cons

Do yourself a favor and avoid those amateurs! The person in charge for running the Paris office would be better off himself at selling tickets outside a club in Manchester than ‘leading’ the company. The pace at which people are leaving this company is next level. But they call this growth - double digit growth. C-level themselves leave for lack of leadership!

Pros

Allurion offers autonomy and remote work flexibility, allowing employees to structure their workday as they see fit. The office environment is pleasant, and colleagues are supportive and friendly.

Cons

This company lacks a coherent long-term strategy, with a focus solely on rewarding top managers. Additionally, bonus targets are subject to abrupt changes during the quarter, and payouts are often delayed or withheld altogether. Employees receive minimal perks, such as no benefits like ticket restaurants, and stock options are priced higher than the actual value of the stock. Furthermore, promotions seem to be based more on personal favoritism rather than merit, undermining morale and productivity. These concerning practices indicate a trajectory towards financial instability for the company.
