Pros

Can be a fun environment when things are going well.

Cons

1. goals are changed at a moments notice, even if the goal was reached they will increase them on the spot. goals are often unreasonable - with extremely high expectations during the slow season 2. there is a ton of micro managing. Account managers pushed to call, email, and hassle clients for updates which effectively ruins the client/account manager relationship 3. promotion/advancement opportunities are promised and then taken back 4. there is no such thing as job security. management responds to low numbers by reminding the team how replaceable they are 5. incentives for hitting goals are taken away constantly (work from home days, etc.) 6. the base salary is hardly livable It is literally a revolving door for recruiters. At least one person leaves per month. Employees are replaced just as quickly as they leave.

Pros

It's a job, so you're at least making money while you're miserable and sitting in a cube all day. That's about the only pro there is. Oh, and because turnover is so high, you get the chance to meet a lot of different people!

Cons

The culture is absolutely horrible. Environment is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, as is most of management. ARG celebrates failures, and humiliates employees. When you're hired, you will be promised a wide range of incentives - such as work from home days, a large amount of commission, etc. Don't fall for it. If you do go in for an interview - be sure to shadow and ask the Talent Coordinators about these things - some of them will omit the truth but most will be truthful. Trust those who tell you the horror stories - they're real. Also, any of the positive reviews you see on here - not a reliable source.

Pros

None really except you get a check

Cons

Everything beware. And staff/coworkers will betray and backstab. Make sure you get credit for what you do.
