      You may seem to get the good impression in the beginning but as you get to know their business model, you may start to lose interest of being their employee

      Pros

      - Intelligent and skilled co-workers so there is a lot of scope for learning. - Good holiday and summer parties.

      Cons

      - Excessive micromanagement. - No work-life balance. Not a simple 8-5 hours job. Will require travel randomly without much regard to your personal life. - Little to no room for creativity, almost required to work like robots. - Upper management doesn't care about employees, rather expect a certain protocol to be followed without much regard to its effect on employees.
