      The people are nice and inclusive You get a mix of remote and in-person days Most people use their inside voice Air conditioning is set to a perfect level

      Pros

      Flexible on time off, and they'll take anyone. It's very hard to get fired.

      Cons

      Little to no work in winter, but won't lay you off and they keep leading you on like there is work coming. Pay is nowhere near what's advertised...no one here has ever broken the $30/hr mark. Getting them to buy new equipment is like pulling teeth. Disorganized.
