Good benefits. Kaiser sucks but Blue Cross Blue Shield is good. They match 401(k) which is good and has semi good vacation time but really good sick time.
Cons
HR sucks. Rumors go around like crazy and HR either does nothing about it or ask your irrationally just based off of rumors. They also do not help when it comes to reprimanding necessary employees that need reprimanding and just keep those that continuously under work and miss a lot of work. There is also no accountability. Therefore, Engineering has such the last couple years as well as planning and purchasing.
