No monthly payments for insurance, radio on the background, nice office in a great location

Cons

one of the biggest problems is favoritism in the office. Managers are acting like 3rd graders in a way "i like you, i will be nice to you and reward do for ur work". Everything revolves around only one person and you can try as hard as u can and u wont get any recognition.

Same managers in place for decades, same managers allowed to flatline revenue for decades. Zero support from third floor at HQ for aggressively closing deals on National Accounts.
