Script had to be followed to the letter, stiff and impersonal sales pitch. Company gives lip service to clients but does not follow through with quality and integrity throughout the build process. Does not pay subcontractors enough to care about what they are doing so that the company can continue to make record profits. When mistakes are made they request forgiveness rather than making the home right and giving the clients what they asked and paid for. A lot of promises are made in the beginning to clients but company does not follow through, then the sales counselor is left to pick of the pieces and deal with very upset (and rightly so) customers without any support from management.

The staff in the head office are very unprofessional. Do something wrong and they swear at you. Bring to the attention of HR and nothing gets done. No one cares. They also seem to hate their customers, I never heard so much name calling, or cut-downs as I did there. Clients are only treated nicely for the money, otherwise this business does not care. I think a lot of people who have bought one of their homes would be surprised what the staff really thinks of them. I was never so glad to quit a job in my life. Each day of going to work was like another day in hell. Very unpleasant place. They are very good at putting on a happy face, but turn your back and you may get stabbed. Worst work environment ever!
