Pros

Coworkers are great. Good amount of PTO, pay is competitive. Don't get to code this much at other companies. Smaller company so good performance gets recognized.

Cons

Even though we boast about record breaking profits, somehow every year we barely miss the end of year goal and ultimately don't get a majority of the on target bonus.
