No benefits- Only paid per student treated, no paid holidays, no sick or vacation days, no health benefits, required to use IPads but OT/PT workers have to pay for wifi, they oversee & signoff on work schedules & no allowance in schedules for lunch or break, don't pay for required continuing education, only allowed to bill time allotted to tasks/writing so don't get paid for complex cases, planning or admin tasks, no budget for school supplies -pay out of pocket, no Union

Management out of touch with day to day duties of staff, when I left the company my manager had a meeting with me to ask what I did so that she could replace me. Manager often contacted me at home, even on weekends with problems that could have easily waited for normal working hours to be solved. Poor HR, my benefits package and salary were never explained to me. I submitted many documents two or three times over my time with company because they were "missing from my file".
