Pay on lower end Focus seems to be more training staff newer to insurance

Poor Management, Nothing else is a concern

I don't have many cons, if any. Systems are not as efficient as they could be.

I have never complained about my workplace or job in my entire working career. However, I have never worked for a company who gives you a raise and for 3 pay periods after does not include your increased amount. HR is terrible and does not respond to emails in a timely manner. I would never recommend anyone work here. The environment is very dry and old. No energy in this office.

As an knowledgeable & experienced underwriter, All Risks seems to provide a high school pep rally kind of culture & atmosphere...not my cup pf tea. Too many college trainees that know nothing about insurance. Wants 25% growth month in and month out...no realism.

Not great benefits, not much room for growth
