Pros
The projects and technology are super interesting and it would be really incredible if it worked. You get to wear many hats. The other people who work there are mostly really excellent and interesting humans.
Cons
The company got to a terrible place financially where people were not getting paid on time. The leadership tried to right the ship, but clearly didn't and doesn't not really understand what it would take to be successful in any long-term sense. Part of the business plan just involves getting designs pretty much correct the very first time.

Pros
The folks working there are super sweet, smart, earnest and hard working. The technology they are trying to bring to the world will eventually be a game-changer, really revolutionary stuff. Decent pay (although there were sometimes delays in getting my check) Great location, one block from Berkeley Bowl West.
Cons
The leadership is whip smart but unfortunately doesn't know what they doesn't know and is woefully inexperienced in how businesses run and what it takes to be successful. Being a Macgyver and a maker doesn't necessarily translate into being able to engineer, design, and manufacture a new technology and bring it to market.
