I felt compelled to write this review after seeing some others that I don’t believe reflect the full picture. All Points is an incredible place to work.
From day one, the agency is very transparent about how it operates. If you’re driven, want to learn quickly, and are ready to be surrounded by people who push and inspire you, you’ll find yourself growing in ways you didn’t expect. Despite the fast pace and high expectations, I still had an incredible work-life balance.
All Points invested in me not just as a professional, but as a person — something I hadn't experienced at other companies. They care about your goals, your wellbeing, and your development. That kind of support goes a long way.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a job that lets you coast or simply clock in and out, this isn’t the place. But if you’re eager to build a meaningful career, work alongside passionate colleagues, and be challenged every day, you’ll love it.
