      Pros

      You can learn a lot about what you could expect from the supply chain. If you align yourself with the right hard-working people within the company you can gain a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work culture. Poor practice with Quality. Only one manager was open-minded to positive change. Otherwise, you are "beaten" emotionally to submission.

      An issue with both Nepotism and Favoritism, it was an environment that did not breed moving upward but rather to make you content in your place while those in the inner circle were able to advance.
