Pros

The entire atmosphere while employed is pretty amazing. The coworkers and owner are very nice and will help motivate you on a down day. They offer advancement opportunities.

Cons

It is a sales job. The schedule can sometimes change as far when you will get off work, without notice. Never worked 40 hours in a week.

Pros

Really there are many great pros to the business. Fun friendly environment. If you like to travel and learn and meet new people this is the company to do so. They offer amazing hands on intense structural training along with many advancement opportunities!! It’s not just going into work and being with co workers. Yet it is like being apart of a family. When you don’t understand something they work with you and help you reach your fullest potential and help you reach your personal goals. They offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions including bonuses! It’s teuly focused around your growth and leadership!

Cons

I have yet to find a flaw.
