Foolish, idosyncratic people are part of the management. Those fools don't know fundamentals of the business and claim to be managers and HRs. In the history of this company, no employee has ever received salary at a precise date. The payroll is delayed usually by two months. So, every jobseeker can imagine the scenario in such kinds of unstable companies. Their huge workforce is merely a show. Every experienced employee leaves the company after 2-3 months after knowing the financial condition of the organisation. Further, the employees in the company keeps writing good reviews for it because they are asked to do so.
