They are not competitive in salary. They preach staff are more than just a number but they do not live up to that.

I have worked for many large global organizations. I have to say that Robarts Clinical Trials is a refreshing change. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and they all work together to achieve goals. The company on-boarding and training is very organized, professional and fun. I believe the wonderful work environment is a direct result of their great practice of ensuring everyone they hire is a good fit for the company and not just 'technically' qualified.

Cons

The only comment I have is the location is downtown London. Which can be congested at rush hour.
