Pros

Culture is inclusive, supportive, and fun. Coworkers and leaders genuinely care about your happiness (inside and outside of work) and want to help you grow. You’re giving challenging projects and room to explore new skills but also mentorship/help whenever needed. Great balance. Originally thought fully remote would be a very isolating environment but it’s entirely the opposite.

Cons

Would love more fun team-building events as we grow.

- Lots of smart engineers who I get to work with and learn from - Embraces modern tech stacks and actively works to make sure our codebase is maintainable - I feel good about the work life balance - Seems like people actually care about the mission of providing a community for small business owners

Cons

- Fully remote. I don't mind working remotely, but this could be a con for some people who prefer hybrid or fully in-person. - Currently no 401k matching
