      Cool office Modern technology stack Healthy communications between developers Work-life balance is shifted to life

      Cons

      Some processes could be way faster - releases are still occur 1-2 times a year, and to complete them you need to go through a number of ineffective procedures (e.g. risk accessment - if only it helped to assess risk)
