Poor communication, I felt like no one is honest about what needs to be improved but it is talked about openly behind your back. Poor training. A lot of cliques among the stylists and designers.

I suppose the best way to express why I ranked my experience at Alice Lane at a 1 was because of the lack of professional leadership. Like the culture of LDS people and Utah, everything was handled back-handed, hushed and censored. I never understood what I was excelling at or needed improvement on which made pleasing the owners and management near impossible. The culture was catty, classist and exclusive. There were obvious favorites and constant turn around of management. Would not recommend working here.
