benefits is the reason why i am still at alfred nickles bakery my family and to be an independent woman

the favortism noone really wants to talk to you unless you messed some product up or if your attendance is not up to their standards

We are kept in the dark with the company changing rules when they want and the union backing down...always

It's mostly easy work (for most employees) as long as you're there every day and follow their rules (if they let you know them all) you can have it pretty good

Cons

The company changes direction without letting the employees know about it, and the union does nothing but take our money every month

great benefits, good pay, products are good and priced right so they are an easy sell. resturant pricing is the best managment will help get knew accounts

Cons

the union makes it hard for the hard working less seniority people to not get layed off in slow times, and they keep the higher seniority less caring go through the motion guys working all year
