Pros
Ive been working here since March. I can not say enough positive things about this company, the management and the culture. The bad reviews on here are disgruntled employees who could not follow process or fit in with the team. People who tried to change things and left when they couldnt get their way.
I worked almost 6 years remotely and was not sure about going back into the office environment, even though coming to Alertdriving was hybrid at first, 2 days working remote. Now the CEO has implemented a 4 day work week for the summer. Its wonderful getting a three day weekend. I work closely with the CEO and the hiring managers in sales and operations and I can honestly say they are all great to work with. The CEO is nothing like described in these reviews. He is a leader with a vision and the company has done very well under his leadership. He is not monster and the place is not toxic as many reviews describe. I love coming in to this office. Many employees have been here for years but dont write reviews and we dont force them to. Our Sales and Operations team have been rebuilt this year and we have a new group of talented individuals forming a productive and cohesive team primed for the growth of the company. One employee that has been here for 10 months told me recently that it was the best decision he made career wise. I love my job, the company, the leadership, the people, the culture and I am available if anyone has questions. I think anyone joining us will find not just a new place to work but a home where they can learn and grow. Carole Fletcher HR
