Pros

- Entry level, everyone gets a job

Cons

- Pay is pathetic - Management has received bonuses or promotions that come with raises that the rest of the workforce is declined due to wage shortages - All aspects of your job are micromanaged - All micromanaged aspects are mismanaged - Management looks at numbers on a spreadsheet instead of the work being done as a means of measuring productivity - Company got bought out by a corporation that outsources work - Company "doesn't fire" employees, but does let them burnout until they quit from being constantly reprimanded by the previously mentioned micromanagement - High turnover - Company is chronically understaffed - Insurance was recently replaced with no notice - CEO left over a year ago, the glassdoor profile is inaccurate.

Pros

None. This use to be a great company to work for but when it was bought in 2020 everything went down hill.

Cons

Management sucks, the pay sucks, benefits suck and they treat their employees horrible. They are very strict about time off requests and only allow you to do 40 hours of unpaid time off per year. This use to be a great company and the original owner was hands on and treated us like a family. Now it’s ran like any other cooperation and your just another number to them. I was there for almost 4 years and worked so hard for the company and then was just left go out of no where with only a 2 hour notice. I showed up on time. I got my work done way ahead of schedule and yet I was let go Vs others who were bad at their jobs, Management plays favorites and their little group can do no wrong. Management also says that we need to have open communication but when you try to talk to you they either don’t let you speak or they don’t listen and nothing gets done. There is so much office politics and drama here.

Pros

Work from home (for now). Decent starting pay without degree. Good legal exposure/experience if that is your career path

Cons

Pay raises do not keep pace with inflation or tangible increased workload as staff leaves Communications and major transitions in the company feel botched/cumbersome with staggered or incomplete interdepartmental communication. No option to forgo in office as it is being reimplemented (takes no consideration for people that have moved or have integrated their work/home life over the past two years that leaves no room for in office commute) Implications that future school schedules will not be accommodated
