      You get to see how not to run a business. They will not insult you to face. You get vacation pay.

      Cons

      You can do everything right and get blamed for what management does wrong. The customers get to call you a liar and a cheat.

      Salary is a draw against base salary, No real leadership, very small organization, absolutely no direction, no ramp up

      Pros

      The training is great. You learn so much about many different business services.

      Cons

      All about the pitch and deal. Don't care about customers. Commission structure is ridiculous. No prospecting software or marketing tools. "Base" salary is really a draw.
