      It's in california but that's about it

      Cons

      Management is back stabbing and sexiest. Notice there no women managers in the operations and validation depts at the Carlsbad site. They have the absolute worst management skills and zero employee appreciation. Your best option is run quickly in the other direction if they offer you a job. Abbott should divest of this site before they ruin the company's reputation. Old Alere employees are absolute poison and the ones left there are scientifically inept.
