      Good leaders, sad middle managers.

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangement. HRs are good, very accommodating. CEO has a good vision on company’s direction.

      Cons

      Manager is turning daily huddle as an opportunity to micro manage. Seriously, been asked with things like “what have you been doing?” and if I answer with something, the next question is “is that all you’ve been doing? That’s like 20mins of work only”. That sound depressing! Sales guys trying to influence technical decisions sometimes.

      Pros

      - You get to work with software that makes a real difference to clinicians and patients using up to date technology. - Strong senior management positively transforming the business after acquisitions - Flexible working arrangements and family-oriented Covid-19 HR policies have been appreciated during the lockdown.

      Future thinking company!

      Pros

      -The company is building software solutions for the future state of healthcare so it's a very exciting place to work watching that unfold. -The leadership team not only are thinking ahead from a technology perspective for what the customers need, but they are also forward thinking around work/life balance, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive culture which has been particularly evident during the Covid pandemic. -The company is rapidly growing so there is a lot of scope for new roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      -Some things are slow to get done due to old vs new processes being implemented, and finding the right people internally for a task can be difficult.

      The best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      - Strong leadership, from the UK and from the CEO - High growth company - Everybody pulling in the same direction with no politics - Innovative, collaborative, caring, trusting and flexible organisation - Strong communication - Team work

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work outside 'normal' hours due to the international angle however this is hugely compensated by the flexible working arrangements. Not really a con, more of an expectation setting.

      Good people, flexible working arrangements and good work life balance.

      Cons

      A lack of trust between senior management often results in wasted energy on defensive actions and self-preservation, this energy could be focused on pulling together to achieve results
