Major uncertainty surrounding the future of the company now that the merger has gone through with Nokia. Many of the business unites are in commoditized spaces, where little innovation is taking place, and the old school Telecom business model is failing. Major consolidation, and massive headcount reduction is on the way. I got out before it started getting really ugly. With the Telecom space so competitive for vendors, the work life balance is non existent; lots of over promising and under-delivering makes for a toxic work environment.
