Pros

If by "Pros" you mean professionals then i can assure you that you wont find any here.

Cons

Where to even begin?! A petty, pedantic and unprofessional management team will make you question yourself and your colleges as to why you tolerate indecency from a hierarchy that care so little about their staff and yet so much about profit. If you are looking for understanding when it comes to medical conditions then please continue looking, as discrimination is something this company values over all else. If your not making money then your worthless to these people, with 0 tolerance for sickness, family emergencies or genuine medical conditions i can assure you that income and pushing management jobs onto lower level staff is this teams top priority. Do not let the comedic title of this review fool you. These people do no understand basic functioning social skills and for that i can assure you that their staff turnover is far into the double digits at this point. Save yourself some hassle and don't even apply.

Pros

* Trained the Apple way via their internal training system (although not with the company). * Worked with some great, bright individuals. * If you get Apple certification from Sales and/or Service it looks great on your CV. All paid for. * Perfect environment for Apple enthusiasts. * If you like helping people and customers, this job is for you. * Stock price on everything. Some good bargains on Apple and 3rd party products.

Cons

* Sadly the cons outweigh the pros. * Micromanagement and gaslighting is built within the company. * Head Office will make your life miserable. * Turnover rate is HIGH. * Regardless of how well you do, they’ll always say it wasn’t good enough. * You’re not given a contract when you join. Ask for one and don’t be surprised if you receive different treatment from the get-go. They’re looking for disposable youngsters who are too naive to know their rights and are willing to have nothing on paper, only their word against yours. They don’t like it when you ask for everything on paper. * Sink or swim environment. Other than the Apple training, you get no further training. * The company makes employees come in when they're meant to be self-isolating. * Speaking of COVID rules… What rules?! No matter what the government enforced, the directors always said to just ignore it as they see customers with pound signs over their heads and Health and Safety is getting in the way of them making profit. * Laughable rewards if you ever hit unreachable targets. Designed to give you something to try and reach but they know themselves it’s not doable. * Company falsely state they have wellness programs. The so-called ‘wellness programs’ is them moaning at you if you want to take a day off when the workload becomes too much. Which is a regular occurrence. * No HR department. The directors and senior manager are HR themselves, which will prove difficult if you wish to make a complaint against themselves or staff they favourite. * Directors will moan that staff aren’t doing their jobs, but when they are required to do theirs, they will suddenly be difficult to contact or find excuses not to do it. And if they do, no wonder why the company is in the state it is. * Greedy, greedy, greedy. VERY unethical tactics to get money out of customers. * Store Managers and Deputy Managers are pointless. They have no more power than everyone else in the store as everything has to go through the Head Office Manager first. And bear in mind they get paid the same as everyone else. * Do yourself a favour and don’t try applying for this place unless you need something temporary while you look for a better job elsewhere.

Pros

Few good guys in sales team and convenient working hours if that matters to you.

Cons

No management at all, whatsoever. Complete lack of communication between those in charge and rest of staff, despite it being a tiny company. Poor treatment of staff in general. No training or investment in improving staff, facilities and IT. Despite being an IT company. Younger employees made to act like sales management's personal assistants. Embarrassing commission structure.
